"Very little confidence in many of the "officers". There are too many SVP's, many with very small spans of control. be careful of those that come from the historical landline companies (SBC, PacBell, Ameritech, etc). While they are good people with great intentions, they move too slow."

"They use and abuse great employees. They have zero cares about the worker and focus on only money. In my almost a year hired as an AGM. My GM didn't do his job and was fired. I picked up the slack held the store together and was told I would be promoted. Then they lied about my pay and my original title even with my proof. Then they let me go cause employees left that I had ready to stay till they found out I wasn't get the promotion. Avoid them at all cost unless you like feeling bad and useless."

"The paying is poor. Which is why I would only recommend to a teen because they have less reposnsiblities. The management is poor because they don’t push for surveys nor encourage. The mangers constantly argue with one another most of the time it’s about closing or being late. I wanted to leave because during the interview I informed the mangers I wasn’t going to be able to work as many hours because of school being my first priority. That being said they constantly give me so many hours I’m working 30-40 hours and whenever I request off it gets declined and they never give me my breaks as a minor. I’m constantly on line by myself because the staff ( mangers) like to sit in the office or talk. The staff is too lazy and doesn’t try to hire anyone which why we are in need of hiring people.Free lunchesLow paying"

"I worked there for ever 4 months and I can say that overall you deal with a lot of problems, being people oriented helps you find solutions. The employees were helpful at times and the customers were a handful. I learned that you must have patience to deal with fast food restaurants. The hardest part of the job is dealing with verbal abuse if someones order comes out wrong. "Overall we have been able to get the system to a functional level. Unfortunately the sales representative we spoke with was horribly uninformed of the capabilities, cost, and time of implementation of the system which caused us EXTREME headache in getting setup. After sifting through the misinformation from the sales rep as well as several support reps, we came to the reality that the system was not capable (not even close) of doing what we were told could be done no problem. Thankfully they were able to do a work-around to get us at least partially what we need, but overall we were very disappointed with the experience. We're operating on a limited capacity due to the fact that in order to replace our land line setup it would have cost us 3-4 times as much through Ooma PER MONTH than our previous system. As for the hardware, the Yealink T21P office phones are locked by Ooma making our totally customizable phone (as per manufacturer documentation) a single customizable button phone with 3 useless buttons on the main screen with ZERO options tweak even on Ooma's end. Don't even get me started on the number porting and purchase process..."

"Have never been able to use this device. Three years of paying "taxes" on "free" service. Cannot get it cancelled via phone or chat. Claim they cannot find in system, then claim it is active and transfer you to another agent who disconnects the call. Changed my credit card number and they were able to start charging fees on the new number. Am filing an FCC complaint on them, trying to make them stop charging me."

"Ooma has been spamming the crap out of my company's support inbox. Sometimes upwards of 4-5 a day. Who would do business with a company that does this?"

"Terrible! Worked for a week then nothing. On calls over and over - nothing fixed - base units replaced then discovered the new base unit assigned to someone else's account. Finally I asked to end this torture and demanded a receipt for termination because I've read Ooma continues billing for some time even after termination. Now no choice but to go back to horrible Comcast! Oh Well..."
